New Jersey Road Trip

The Jersey City Freedom & Fireworks Festival

The 5th annual Jersey City Freedom and Fireworks Festival is located right on the Hudson River this July 4th! Enjoy a full day of live music, amusement rides, and a fun variety of food and drinks. Then finish your evening with an amazing fireworks display set against the New York City skyline.

The Blueberry Bash

Visit Terhune Orchards in Princeton, New Jersey for their Blueberry Bash July 7th and 8th. Start by picking your own blueberries for the family to enjoy, then relax and enjoy some live country music. Bring the kids for a puppet show, wagon and pony rides, face painting, and games in the barnyard. Then, when hunger strikes, visit the buffet for tons of blueberry treats!

The Manasquan Quakers Friendly Fair

The 61st annual Friendly Fair put on by the Manasquan Quaker members is happening July 14th on the New Jersey Shore. This festival has something for everyone as it features antiques and flea markets, home baked goods, craft and book sale, plus a bluegrass band for entertainment, hot food for everyone, and games for the kids.
