Excellent car and service. Car was in good condition. Very polite staff. Accommodated a little late drop off and even gave us a ride back home. They offer to leave your car there on drop off which they did not mention to us when we came to pickup. I would come back for my future rental needs. I shopped around before I booked and they are resonable too.read more

Rented a 15 passenger van for a trip to Atlanta back in March and the van was great. It was very clean inside and out and didnt have much milage on it. The staff gave good customer service and I was very happy with my experience. I will be renting from them again in thr next few weeks.read more

An awesome holiday experience all around. Rented a brand new mini van to drive to Chicago for the week, and these guys made the entire experience, easy and just amazing. I changed my reservation pick-up time, several times, and they were easily able to accommodate this. The staff is friendly and professional and the van was awesome! We rented a 15 passenger with a DVD player for our trip from NJ to FL. I received a call the day of our pick up to ensure we were to still on track to pick it up at the time we needed. They were super nice and helpful in answering all my questions. They’re price was a good deal in comparison to other places we checked. I would recommend them.read more

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a last minute van rental and was referred by a family member to try Value. I had technical issues when trying to book online but I called and Kenya helped me through the entire process. The vehicle was in great condition and there were no hidden fees.
