My wife and I used this company last year to rent a 15 passenger van and let me just say this WE ARE renting from them... again this year!! That says a lot about the company. The vans are in GREAT shape we had no problems and we received the BEST customer service from the time we picked up the van until the day we returned it!! The 15 passenger high top extended back was a great van for our family road trip to Wyoming. we used it for 2 weeks... and worked out great. the unlimited miles worked out great as well!!!! staff was friendly and helpful. the DVD player ended up not working which was a bummer with kids in the van so they gave a small discount. we will be renting again!!!read more

I have rented a car from Value Van and Car Rental twice; once last summer (‘18) for 3 weeks and recently for one month.... I have rented a decent amount of cars over the years. Value Auto Rental is, without question, the most pleasant, affordable and human car rental experience available. There always seems a lot of hassle, red tape and processessing delays when renting from massive corporate rental operations. This just hasn’t been the case at Vaue. They are superbly accommodating. I can’t guarantee this will be the case for you, but both times I rented from them, they did not have the class of vehicle which I had reserved available. It was not a problem. In both instances I was upgraded significantly without additional charges. Both cars were safe, fuel efficient and reliable with sound systems well above standard. By the way, there is no comparison in price! Value Van and Car Rental should be at the top of your list of considerations. I’ll never rent from another company in the area.read more

4/28/19Great place great vehicles great priceI rented Pacifica van from them last wk to go or of state. The van was... clean, good on gas, went from New Jersey to Virginia Beach on a tank of gas. While you rent there vehicles, you can leave your vehicle in there yard. My Church rented from them and I did for NY personal use.
