This was my first time using Value Van and Car Rental. They were a little pricier than I would have liked, but everything else was great! I really liked their location, it was convenient to me and if I ever need to rent a van again, I'll definitely go back to them again. They were pretty friendly and provided great information from the beginning. I first spoke with a woman, Juanitta, and she was very friendly and professional and asked what I needed the van for so she could get me the right size. I am the youth director for a local church, and we go on two camp trips a year. We get 15 passenger vans from Value Van and Car Rental. I inherited the job, and we were working with another company in the next town over, but they were easily $100 more expensive. After doing some research I came upon Value Van, and they were fantastic. Jonita is the person I talk to most, and she is wonderful. It is probably 5 to 7 years ago that we went with Value Van, and we have never regretted our decision or thought about turning to another company. We always are provided with clean, current, new vans in beautiful condition. We are never embarrassed to show up in their vehicles, which had been the case with other companies. They are never more than 2 years old, and everyone is comfortable and has space. In a 15 passenger van, when you can get 11 kids in and all their luggage comfortably it is a good time. We get up to 2 vans at a time from them, and we are so pleased from everything to the product, to the customer service, to their reservation policy. For someone who does what I do, which is work with kids, it is so nice to deal with such a reputable company who is concerned with what we are doing.
