Great experience from start to finish! We needed a 12 passenger van to take some family members to Florida from New Jersey for a family emergency. It was really easy to reserve the van online. We received an email confirmation of the reservation with prices as quoted. When we went to pick the van up, the staff knew our names before we told them, everyone was professional, friendly and courteous. The van was almost new, in great running condition, and a very comfortable ride for over 1000 miles. Returning the van was the same great experience. We would definitely do business with Value Van and Car Rental again and refer all of our friends!

Pricing and friendly caring staff

I have rented several times 15 passenger vans for my church in Pennsylvania.

It is true that this company has the largest selection of van of all sizes which fit different needs. If you need 6 vans, they have them. You do not need to go to different places.

As a non profit organization, I was able to save the sale taxes. They were flexible and willing to help me.

We had an issue one time but they accepted to work it out with us and split the cost 50/50. That is quite impossible to do with a very large company where you are just a number.

Also I like that you can leave your car in their parking lot for free during your rental. It helps.

We will definitely use them again.

This is the 2nd year we have rented from Value Van and Auto. We were so pleased with our rental last year that we didn't consider anyone else. In fact, we recommended them to our son's and they both rented there this year also. Everyone is so friendly yet professional. They remembered us from last year. Van was excellent for our family vacation. Next time, we will get the extende15 passenger for more luggage space.

Called, and everything was done in 5 minutes. Have used them 3 separate times and they come through every-time.

Recently, I contacted Value Vans in regards to getting two vans to assist with our 100-mile walk to Ground Zero in memory of 9/11. We needed two vans to help with logistics and provide support for members making the long walk along the way.

Value Vans was quick to offer assistance and we could not be more grateful. The service was top notch and the communication for pickup/dropoff was extremely smooth. Their vans were clean upon picking them up and extremely comfortable to ride in. Throughout the event, multiple members made comments about how nice the vans were and how helpful they were throughout the long walk.

Overall, we would 100% recommend this company without a doubt. They were professional, well-organized, and friendly.
