Non-Refundable Deposit
Your $5.00 online reservation deposit is non-refundable.
Road-Side Assistance
All rentals include 24 hour road-side assistance.
Airport Pickups
Airport pickups are ofered for Newark Liberty International Airport only. Passenger pickups or dropoffs are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Rentals must be a minimum of 3 days to qualify for airport pickup. Cost for pickup is $25.00. Please call prior to flight for pickup details. 1-800-570-8267

Daily minimums are required for unlimited mileage depending upon distance.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 21. Ages 21-24, Surcharge of $15.00 per day applies. Credit card holder must be at least 25 years of age. Under 25 but at least 21 must cover collision with their own insurance or a major credit card offering such coverage.
Additional Drivers
Additional drivers are permitted with an additional charge of $5.00 per day (per additional driver). Minimum age of additional drivers: 21. If additional driver is between the ages of 21 and 24, a surcharge of $15 per day per driver applies.

Cash deposits are not accepted. Value Van and Car Rental accepts deposits in the following payment forms: VISA Check, VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Blanche.

Bank issued debit cards are accepted for rental of vehicle. When using a debit card to secure the rental of a car or SUV, one of the following is required: liability insurance in the main renter's name or two utility bills with the same address as the main renter's drivers license. Liability coverage will be confirmed at time of rental.
Pre-paid cards are not accepted at any time.
Cancellation Policy
When a car reservation is canceled for a rental occurring during the months of July or August, or over a holiday period, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
When a van or SUV reservation is canceled for a rental occurring during the months of July or August, or over a holiday, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
Pickups and Dropoffs
Pickups and dropoffs are available within a 25 mile radius.
